Shiver Me Timbers (2025)
Shiver Me Timbers is a comedy-horror film set in 1986 Northern California. The story follows Olive Oyl, her brother Castor, and their friends as they embark on a camping trip to witness the meteor shower accompanying Halley’s comet. What begins as an innocent night of stargazing soon turns into a terrifying ordeal when a meteor crash transforms Popeye into an unstoppable killing machine.
Directed by Paul Stephen Mann, who also co-wrote the screenplay alongside E.C. Segar, the movie cleverly blends humor with horror elements to create a unique atmosphere.
