Skill House (2025)

“Skill House” is a dark satire directed and written by Josh Stolberg that examines the pervasive influence of social media and the influencer culture. This horror film presents an unflinching look at fame, exploring the extreme lengths new celebrities are willing to go to in order to attain and maintain their status in the digital age.

Set against the backdrop of a seemingly glamorous world, the film dives into the sinister side of online popularity, revealing the manipulations, obsessions, and dangers lurking beneath the surface of viral fame. It critiques society’s obsession with image and the sometimes toxic environments created by the quest for influence.

The cast features Neal McDonough and rapper 50 Cent in prominent roles, alongside Caitlin Carmichael as Rumer. Other notable performances include Leah Pipes as John DeLuca’s character A.J., Emily Mei as Amanda, and Anna Platen playing Reactor #5. Paige VanZant also appears in the film as Wolf.
